Blood chemical compounds, i.e. some metabolites, electrolytes, and proteins, or medicines in serum samples, plasma, urine, spinal fluid, and other physiological fluids of the body are measured and indicated on the chart. This work is done through mixing, reagent reaction, and colorimetric measurement in the presence of the ongoing current. Spectrophotometry is the basis of such measurement of this device. In this regard, after separating the serum from the blood, the desired reagent (for measuring any compound to be measured, like blood sugar) will be added to the serum and the target combination will become its own color. According to Beer-Lampert Law, selective absorption of light by different materials, the device crosses the supplementary color light of the color of final compound through the material and measures the light-absorption rate. After all, it compares the absorption rate with the standard light-absorption rate. Finally, it shows the amount of the material numerically based on the comparison with the standard rate.
